This pipe is my favorite for Virginia tobacco blends because the 16 inch stem makes it smoke cool and smooth. The stem is just a tad unstable but I like the fact there is not glue involved in these pipes and it performs beautifully.

At first I was really very happy, then a little less. The pipe is beautiful, exactly as I imagined it but the entry hole for the rod was poorly made causing a vent or something like that. The problem was solved with a piece of cloth I took the best wood for the best quality, but it's not. I'm a little disappointed.

I'm impressed with the woodburning work and the overall finish. I've started to follow the break-in instructions and so far, I'm not disappointed!

When first unpacking and inspecting the pipe it was gorgeous. Beautifully made and very impressed with the craftmanship. After a closer inspection I noticed a lot of chipping around the hole where it meets the stem. Hopefully it doesn't impact the smoking experience but I will find out soon enough. I do love the look and feel of the pipe but wish there was a little more attention to detail. I always try to think of these pipes as something I will hang on to forever or even pass down.

I love my pipe. The craftsmanship is beautiful. I was kinda disappointed though I really wanted the longer stem, but that was my fault I didn’t read the webpage thoroughly.
