We go to great lengths to provide a detailed description of our items, and are happy to answer any questions. With this in mind, we do not issue refunds under most circumstances. If a purchased item is for any reason damaged during transit, or defective in some way please let us know. We are more than happy to replace anything that may have gone wrong so long a a picture of the problem is sent to us. Any problems with a product must be reported to us within 30 days of the purchase to be eligible for replacement.

  Pipe Screens

  I have only recently started using screens in my pipes. I always try to establish the cake in the heel of the pipe before using a screen. These screens are top quality and fit perfectly into the FloogleWerks pipes. They effectively prevent tobacco and ash from getting into the draft hole or stem. Great product! I highly recommend them!
