FloggleWerks is located in the United States. We use USPS Mail because it is generally the fastest and is affordable.
When offered: FREE Shipping on US orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and fully insured for value of order.
NOTE* USPS First Class Mail does NOT provide shipping insurance!
For international customers, we use USPS International Mail. Shipping times will take up to 3-6 WEEKS, due to customs in some countries. If you are ordering as a gift, please plan ahead. Alternate and faster shipping can be arranged, just send me a Convo or an email.
At this time, FloggleWerks does not offer free shipping on international orders. In the event we do offer free international shipping, we will ship via First Class International Mail. Free shipping is limited to a max of 2 pounds unless otherwise stated on item description.
**IMPORTANT: For international shoppers. FloggleWerks is not responsible for any fees issued by the customs in your country. Please note that International orders may have a customs charge assessed by the destination country. All customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser, please inquire locally to see what you might be charged as the rates very greatly from country to country.
Once your item(s) have been shipped, FloggleWerks is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Insurance is included with all domestic orders if you chose USPS Priority Mail, and some Priority international orders. Any insurance disputes over a package are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for providing an accurate and viable USPS mailing address. FloggleWerks ships to the shipping address provided and cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
Refunds and Exchanges
We go to great lengths to provide a detailed description of our items, and are happy to answer any questions. With this in mind, we do not issue refunds under most circumstances.
If a purchased item is for any reason damaged or defective in some way please let us know within 30 days of purchase. We are more than happy to replace anything that may have gone wrong so long as the order number (required even if this was a gift) and a picture of the problem is sent to us to verify the return.
Any problems with a product must be reported to us within 30 days of the purchase, the item must be in new and unused condition and clear pictures of the problem must be provided, to be eligible for a possible replacement. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, when approved by FloggleWerks.
FloggleWerks does not refund packages showing as 'in transit' by the shipping carrier.
Order Cancellation Policy
FloggleWerks products are ‘Made to Order’ and many offer ‘Personalizing’. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to refund the aforementioned order types once placed. Orders often start the creation process within 1 hour of the order placement. In some cases, your order may be canceled if work has not yet started.
FloggleWerks encounters nonrecoverable fees when canceling your order and must charge a 10% cancellation fee. Fee does not include shipping costs percentage.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the letters for personalized requests, as outlined in all personalized product descriptions. Letters provided in excess to the allowed number of characters cannot be fulfilled, as they will not fit on the surface being personalized.
Orders without letters provided or letters in excess of the item allowed amount will be shipped without personalizing.
Quite simply, we never use your contact information for anything outside of your personal order or your loyalty points earned with the FloggleWerks shop.
We don't like spam or junk mail and don't believe you should have to deal with it either.
